Vinyasa flow is an energetic, athletic, challenging style of yoga. This style of yoga builds strength, balance & functional core stability while improving flexibility. The end of class is focused on total body & mind relaxation, by the time you get there your body will be ready to find its zen.
Yin is a deep stretching yoga style. Postures are held for extended periods of time usually 2-4 minutes. This releases tension deep in the muscle, connective tissue & the fascia. The practice is primarily floor based with a focus on hip opening which is essential for reducing low back stress & key to proper movement. Yin is a mores therapeutic practice great for anyone with tightness & participants looking to increase flexibility.
